The diaphragm seal is a pressure-transmitting, diaphragm-type device. The pressure signal is sent to the cooperating pressure measuring device (pressure transmitter, pressure gauge) through manometric liquid filling the space between the separating diaphragm of the seal and the pressure measuring device. The diaphragm seal task is to isolate the pressure measuring device from damaging impacts caused by either medium or installation: – low or high temperature, increased viscosity, impurities – vibrations of the installation (remote diaphragm seal) pdf datasheet
Flanged Seals with extended diaphragms are used for multi walled tanks where the diaphragm will be placed close to the inner wall pdf datasheet
S-TK-P Seals have an inbuild 2 channel cleaning system to clean the membrane without dismounting it. pdf datasheet
Chemical Seals are used for pressure measurement of highly corrosive media. Different materials for wetted parts can be applied: Hastelloy, Nickel, Monel, Titanium, Tantalum, Teflon. pdf datasheet pdf datasheet
S-Comp Seals have a large separating diaphragm (70 mm diameter) to take measurement of a narrow range, they are easy to install. pdf datasheet
Chemical Seals are used for pressure measurement of corrosive media such as hydrochloric, sulfuric and nitric acids or chlorine. pdf datasheet
Sanitary Seals isolate the pressure measuring device from damaging impacts caused by the medium or the installation to avoid impurities pdf datasheet
S-Mazut Seals are applicable for the measurement of viscous liquids at temperatures of 150 degrees C (300 deg C with remote diaphragm seals) to measure the pressure of heavy fuel oil (petroleum atmospheric residue) in burners and heat centers of power boilers.
S-RC Seals are applicable for the measurement of hot, viscous, solidifying or contaminated liquids where an impulse line cannot be used pdf datasheet
